There is much ado about a bird around these parts.  A sweet bird to be incorporated into a fabric design. A pattern. A little bit of Plum Pretty Sugar-ness. A desire that's been said here and there... and soon, soon to come. A little surprise amidst a floral.

 Here a gorgeous bird or two for inspiration. Colorful, lively, knowing. A little creature delicate but with so much strength. Thought in ancient times to be a spirit connecting heaven and earth.
